Important information before you book with us

  • We require 100% deposit made upfront 1 week before the event. If no payment is made, your event will not be secured. We only accept bank transfer, payment link or kazaang for event bookings. We do not accept cash.
  • We do not offer any decoration services; you are welcome to bring your own. However, we do NOT allow glitter, confetti, or anything that needs to be taped (for damage purposes). If this is used on sight against hotel policy a cleaning fee will be given, and possibly a damage fee. Additionally, we will only store your decorations for up to 48 hours in the hotel after the event, if you do not collect your items from the hotel within this time it automatically becomes hotel property, and we are at liberty to dispose of it.
  • Event cut off time is 12:00 am. After this no music is allowed, and any open tabs must be paid before guest departure.
  • Outside alcohol is not allowed for events at the hotel.
